OmniVideo Terms of Service

Terms governing access to and use of OmniVideo

2026/07/26

Agreement and Eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to omnivideo.top and the OmniVideo video-generation service. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Pre-launch legal notice: These Terms describe the current product and are not legal advice. They should be reviewed by qualified counsel before OmniVideo launches paid services.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may require email verification or other security checks.

Video Generation Service

OmniVideo submits your prompt and any optional reference image through a third-party AI processing service using protected server-side infrastructure. Cloudflare Workers hosts the application, Cloudflare D1 stores generation jobs, prompts, statuses, and service metadata, and Cloudflare R2 stores generated output videos. A reference image is not intentionally stored by OmniVideo as a separate long-term file, but it may be placed in temporary processing storage so the generation task can access it.

Your use of generation is subject to applicable processing-service and model restrictions. Applicable model terms, including the Gemini API Additional Terms of Service, may also apply.

Your Content and Responsibilities

You retain your rights in prompts and source materials you submit. You grant OmniVideo a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, reproduce, and process that content solely as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.

You represent that you own, license, or otherwise have all permissions needed for your prompts, reference images, likenesses, trademarks, audio, and other source material. You are responsible for your inputs, generated videos, and how you publish or use them, including any notices, consents, or rights required by law.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated output. AI output may resemble other content and is not guaranteed to be unique, accurate, complete, suitable, or free of third-party rights. OmniVideo does not provide legal clearance for an output.

Acceptable Use

You may not use OmniVideo to:

  • violate law, another person's rights, or applicable provider policies;
  • submit material you do not have permission to use;
  • create or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits or endangers a child;
  • impersonate, deceive, defraud, harass, threaten, or harm another person, including through misleading synthetic media;
  • generate malware or facilitate unauthorized access, violence, or other unlawful activity;
  • bypass safeguards, usage limits, or access controls; or
  • disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited, scrape, resell, or overload the service.

We may block inputs or outputs and suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the service, or legal compliance.

Preview Access, Limits, and Pricing

OmniVideo is an evolving launch-stage service. A launch limit, including a five-generation-per-24-hour technical limit where shown in the product, may be changed, reduced, expanded, or removed. Generation may fail or be delayed due to model capacity, safety checks, provider availability, or technical issues.

Any paid-plan names, prices, discounts, or benefits currently displayed are pre-launch information only. They do not represent a present charge, purchase, subscription, or guaranteed future offer. Separate purchase terms and payment disclosures will apply before OmniVideo accepts payment.

Storage and Deletion

OmniVideo does not currently promise a fixed retention period or provide a published self-service deletion control for generation jobs, prompts, or output videos. To request deletion of supported data, contact support@omnivideo.top. Requests may require identity verification, and retention may continue where required or permitted by law or provider obligations.

Service Ownership

OmniVideo and its licensors own the service, site design, software, branding, and related materials, excluding your content and third-party materials. These Terms do not grant you rights to OmniVideo names, logos, or software except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms.

Availability and Disclaimers

The service, previews, and outputs are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniVideo disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that a request will produce a video or that an output will meet your expectations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniVideo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the service. Any further limitation must be interpreted subject to mandatory consumer and other applicable laws.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for a violation of these Terms, legal or security risk, provider requirement, or discontinuation of the service. Where reasonable and legally permitted, we will provide notice.

Changes

We may update these Terms as OmniVideo evolves. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the service after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
