OmniVideo Privacy Policy

How OmniVideo collects, uses, shares, and stores information

2026/07/26

Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how OmniVideo handles information when you visit omnivideo.top, create an account, generate a video, or contact us. The service is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old.

Pre-launch legal notice: This policy describes the current product design and is not legal advice. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel before OmniVideo launches paid services.

Information We Process

Depending on how you use OmniVideo, we may process:

  • Account and contact information, such as your name, email address, account identifiers, authentication records, and support messages.
  • Generation inputs, including your prompt and any optional reference image you choose to upload.
  • Generation records, including job identifiers, prompt, status, aspect ratio, service metadata, error details, timestamps, and generated video.
  • Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device information, request logs, security events, and interactions with the site.
  • Optional analytics or chat information, but only if an analytics or support-chat service has been configured.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information or content you are not authorized to use.

How Video Generation Works

OmniVideo sends your prompt and, when supplied, your reference image through a third-party AI processing service using protected server-side infrastructure. The reference image may first be placed in temporary processing storage so the generation task can access it. OmniVideo does not intentionally keep that reference as a separate long-term file.

The AI processing service handles the prompt, reference image, task metadata, and generated result and may use model infrastructure to complete the request. Applicable model terms, including Google's Gemini API Additional Terms of Service, may also apply.

Hosting and Storage

OmniVideo uses Cloudflare infrastructure:

  • Cloudflare Workers hosts and delivers the application and API.
  • Cloudflare D1 stores account-related generation records, including jobs, prompts, statuses, provider metadata, and related timestamps or errors.
  • Cloudflare R2 stores generated output video files so they can be viewed or downloaded through OmniVideo.

Cloudflare may also process network, security, and diagnostic information when providing these services.

Why We Use Information

We use information to:

  • create and secure accounts;
  • submit, monitor, deliver, and troubleshoot video generation jobs;
  • enforce usage limits and prevent fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity;
  • provide support and service communications;
  • maintain, measure, and improve the service; and
  • comply with legal obligations and protect users, OmniVideo, and others.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to perform our agreement with you, serve our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, comply with law, or act with your consent.

Sharing

We share information only as needed with service providers described in this policy, including third-party AI processing services for video generation and Cloudflare for hosting, storage, database, networking, and security. AI processing services may use model infrastructure to fulfill a generation task. Optional analytics or support-chat providers receive data only if those integrations are configured. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business reorganization.

We do not sell personal information or use it to deliver interest-based ads.

Retention and Deletion

OmniVideo does not currently publish a fixed retention period or a self-service deletion control for generation jobs, prompts, or output videos. Retention may depend on service operations, security needs, provider requirements, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion of supported account or generation data, contact support@omnivideo.top. We may need to verify your identity, and some information may be retained where required or permitted by law.

AI processing services, their infrastructure providers, and Cloudflare may retain information under their own terms and policies. Temporary generation and upload locations are not used for delivery, so OmniVideo copies a completed video promptly to its own private R2 storage.

Security and International Processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. AI processing services, their infrastructure providers, and Cloudflare may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their contractual and legal safeguards.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal information, or to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise an applicable right. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Age Requirement

OmniVideo is not offered to anyone under 18. Do not use the service or provide personal information if you are under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor has provided information to the service.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
